Description: Marlin Buttplate, No Spacer. Marlin factory replacement parts are made to the same specifications and standards as the parts already in your firearm. Don't get left without a spare part at the range, or get just your firearm back up and running with Marlin factory parts today! This buttplate is sold oversized and will require fitting to the butt stock by a qualified gunsmith.

made in 1954 with no issues.
Shaped with 4 way rasps, 100 grit and 150 grit sandpaper on a block.
Protected the stock with masking tape and a layer of aluminum duct tape adjacent to the plate.
