I've been unable to get the standard cap to attach my custom weights for improved swing and muzzle control. I found that I could attach them to this cap. It is already heavier than the standard cap and may be enough for some to help with a "Whippy" muzzle. If not I can add 5,8 or10 more ounces. The weight can still be removed to attach the sling for hunting situations.
