Firearm bluing has been called many things over the years: Hot Blue, Black Oxide, Caustic Blue, Salt Blue and more. Regardless of the term you use Midwest Gun Works is the nation's premiere location to perform this service. All of our bluing services are performed by gunsmiths who know and understand the finer points of firearm bluing.
Pricing includes all applicable parts, disassembly and reassembly.
- Any touch up engraving, stampings, lettering, etc. will be quoted upon receiving firearm.
- For certain models such as Winchester M-12,42,97 and other similar models, their will be an additional charge per complete firearm.
