Excellent replacement. It's a little stiff at first, but lock the slide back for awhile and it will as good as the original.

Exactly like the one that came in the pistol, bought this one because you need to change the recoil spring in small pocket pistols at fairly frequent intervals if you shoot them often.

Gun had no issues for the first 800 rounds. Never jammed and was totally reliable. Then it started jamming constantly with every clip. Turned out this spring had gotten fatigued and was not working like new. Replaced the spring and the gun was immediately back to working perfectly.

The single spring does reduce the effort to rack the slide on the first Gen Pico. The recoil slide rod will need to be replaced too...it is approx 1/32" longer.
