This hammer is fully CNC machined from solid stainless steel bar stock and heat treated to R/C 48-52 to produce the finest 1911 hammer on the market. This hammer features a skeletonized spur for minimum weight and fastest possible lock time, hammer hooks cut to .020" with 8 RMS ground finish and narrow half-cock notch to prevent sear nose damage.

This stainless steel concealment hammer is perfect for a 1911 series pistol where the owner wants or needs good concealment of the pistol. The quality is excellent and just might give the owner a good clean trigger pull right out of the box assuming the sear is properly honed. I would give it 5 stars but the small spur makes it a little difficult to thumb cock the hammer but since it is built for concealment, it is to be expected.
