Installed this on my 1969 Colt 1911 Government model. It only took a few light file strokes to fit it, and the result was a very positive lock up - both on and off safe. Quality is typical of Wilson Combat products. Very satisfied.

I had gunsmith put the Wilson C safety into a Remington Carry Commander. It replaced the ambi which I did not like. The safety works good, looks good and is a solid part. Mgw was excellent. Very fast delivery.
