Description: Aero Precision M5 .308 Stripped Upper Receiver, Black. This Aero Precision stripped M5 upper receiver is manufactured for the AR-10 platform rifles chambered in .308 Win, 6.5 Creedmoor and 7.62x51mm. Machine forged from 7075-T6 aluminum with an anodized black finish, this receiver features laser engraved T-marks, M4 feed ramps, .2795 takedown pin holes, and has a DPMS high profile of .210 (Tang). This upper includes a built-in M1913 tactical rail for optic accessories and top rail additions and is perfect for your AR-10 custom workshop project.

I decided to build a 308 for myself. I had no idea how hard it would be finding componets for this build. The range I use, Carolina Custom Firearms, had a new Aero lower. The folks at MGW had an upper. As a rule, I wouldn't purchase Aero. No negative feedback but like everyone, I had my favorites. Went to the range and all I can say is that I'm impressed. The fit,upper to lower, the finish and performance scream quality! My buying habits have changed. Try it for yourselves. I honestly think you too will be pleased with pricing and quality of Aero!
