Made from tough polymer, this floor plate assembly includes the magazine release and is designed for the Ammo Boost Advantage magazine. Fits Remington 700 BDL short action rifles only. NOTE: The Legacy Ammo Boost Advantage Magazine System is designed to
function without modification on most injection molded polymer stocks.

action distance and angle varying greatly. With a detachable, magazine
fed, bolt action rifle the positioning of the trigger guard to the
action is critical to the proper function of your firearm.

Took 2 minutes to install, and everything works as it should. 2 bolts hold it all together.
I loaded 10 rounds in the magazine, and cycled the bolt to ensure it loaded and ejected the round without complications. I have not fired it with new baseplate, but should work.
