The catch is designed for the Beretta 680 series Jubilee (Giubileo) model of shotgun chambered in either 12, 20, 28 gauge or .410 bore. The catch features engraving to match that of the Jubilee model in which it is made for. Installed under the forend iron, the catch provides a hooking point which secures the forearm to the barrels / firearm. The catch is made to the same high quality standards as you would expect from Beretta.
