The adapter appears to be high quality. It has a uniform black finish and appears to be high quality.
It does not fit into H&R Topper 88, possibly due to a choked barrel.

I want to love this adapter so much that I'm going to see if cleaning and oiling the barrel helps it fit.
It appears high quality manufacturing, and was even packaged well.
