Description: Desert Tech SRS Muzzle Brake Thread Protector. An ideal replacement for a lost or damaged thread protector, this component is constructed of strong steel with black finishing and is an OEM factory part from Desert Tech. Designed to protect the outer threads of the SRS-A1 & SRS-A1 Covert rifle muzzle breaks, the protector will fit these rifle models chambered in any available calibers including 3.08 Win, 6.5x47 Lapua, 6.5 Creedmoor, & .260 Rem. This protects the outer threads of the muzzle break when a suppressor is not attached to the rifle, thus avoiding unnecessary damage to the threads. Desert Tech rifles and components are proudly made in the USA.
