Description: Desert Tech SRS-A1 Rifle, FDE/FDE Chassis, 26" Barrel, .260 Rem. This new-aged innovative rifle system from Desert Tech is designed and manufactured to the highest performance standards. This Flat Dark Earth finished chassis bullpup styled sniper boasts a 26" length barrel and is chambered in .260 Remington with a 6 round capacity magazine. The well balanced and modern design of this rifle gives the shooter excellent target acquisition and maneuverability. The SRS-A1 is the shortest sniper rifle in the world. With its telescoping bolt and bullpup configuration, it is almost a foot shorter than conventional sniper rifles. Desert Tech rifles are proudly made in the USA.

MUZZLE DEVICES
Apply a tried-and-true muzzle device to this rifle using the 3/4" x 24 threading. Ready for both muzzle breaks and silencers, the use of these devices are designed to increase accuracy, shooter recovery, and reduce recoil by 30-40%. Accuracy is improved because Desert Tech designs immediately strip excess gases away from projectiles. (muzzle device not included)

BARREL
Stainless steel fluted match barrel. The barrel mounting system utilizes five inches of locking engagement which reduces harmonic barrel whip of a 26" barrel to that of a 20" barrel which noticeably improves accuracy as a result.

HANDGUARD & ACCESSORY MOUNTING
The free-floated hand-guard has six flush cup sling mounting points to chose from and also allows users to strategically place picatinny rails to optimize mounting of support accessories.

BARREL MOUNTING SYSTEM
Our patented barrel mounting system ensures consistent mounting & return-to-zero repeatability. Its five inch locking engagement reduces harmonic barrel whip of a 26" barrel to that of a 20" barrel which improves accuracy as a result.

SAFETY
The ambidextrous safety switch easily actuated from firing position.

MATCH TRIGGER
The match trigger is adjustable for travel, creep, location, and weight (1-3 lbs).

TELESCOPIC BOLT
The SRS-A1 bolt utilizes a 60 degree bolt throw for fast manipulation. Its collapsible design allows the rifle length to be extremely short.

CHEEK PIECE
Our non-slip cheek piece adjusts up or down and securely locks into place via two screws and locking ribs ensure it doesn't come out of adjustment.

MONOPOD
The patented monopod is the fastest actuating device of its kind. Just pull down on the knurled thumb wheel to engage the spike for rapid elevation modification and then spin the wheel right or left for fine adjustment.

ADJUSTABLE LENGTH OF PULL
Users can quickly adjust length of pull by adding or removing multiple 1/2 inch spacers with the proprietary lever locking system.

RECOIL PAD
The recoil pad is raised to position the shooter's shoulder above the bore line in order to minimize muzzle rise and the pad is soft enough to allow long strings of fire with large magnum cartridges like the 338LM.

CONVERTIBLE
The SRS-A1 is the most versatile sniper system in the world. With the ability to quickly change calibers, operators can change the rifle length, penetration, and distance capabilities based on mission requirements.

ACCURATE
The SRS-A1 maintains 1/2 MOA accuracy or better because it incorporates match grade (free-floated) barrels, chambers and crowns, an fully-adjustable match trigger, and a solid return-to-zero barrel mounting system.

Firearm Purchasing Policy

Midwest Gun Works sells firearms only in accordance with all Federal, State & Local firearms regulations. Midwest Gun Works will only ship a Firearm to a Federal Firearms License holder (FFL). FFL holder must be located within the United States. We do not and will not ship firearms internationally. In order for Midwest Gun Works to ship your firearm purchase, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Midwest Gun Works must receive a legible and SIGNED copy of the Federal Firearms License from the dealer that will receive the firearm. This can be done via fax, email or standard mail.
  2. Payment must be received via Credit Card

Important note: Please insure that you or your FFL dealer includes your name and order number with FFL when Emailed or faxed.

Shipping

WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO VALID FFL DEALERS.

Once payment and a signed FFL copy have been received, Midwest Gun Works will then process and prepare the firearm for shipment. All firearms are typically shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Most shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS. Shipping rates vary according to geographical location and final value of Firearm being purchased. Minimum shipping rates are as follows:

  • Long Guns: Minimum shipping rate is set at $32.00, with any additional charges being added once final value and location of receiver have been established.
  • Hand Guns: Minimum shipping rate is set at $41.00, with any additional charges being added once final value and location of receiver have been established.

* Any additional shipping charges not shown during online check-out will be presented to the customer for approval prior to processing the order.

Once your FFL Dealer receives the firearm, you as the purchaser will then be required to fill out all pertinent paperwork with them in order to take possession of your firearm.
