Description: EGW Springfield Prodigy 4.25" Recoil Spring/Guide Rod Kit. This recoil spring/guide rod kit from EGW is designed for the Springfield 1911 DS Prodigy model pistol that utilizes a 4.25" barrel. This drop-in kit features a takedown hole that allows for quick and easy assembly/disassembly. The head of the guide rod has smooth beveled edges to make for a seamless look. This kit uses a .25" diameter guide rod, flat wire ISMI spring, and EGW's fully machined reverse plug.
