I purchased this as a backup magazine tube to return my V3 to stock condition if need be after modifying with an extended magazine tube. That normally requires swaging out the detents in the stock tube. However, this magazine tube purchased from MGW had no detents, so there was no need to swage my original one out. I simply replaced the stock tube with the one from MGW.
