Description: Faxon 9310 6.8 SPC / 400 Legend AR-15 Bolt, Nitride. This is a factory-original AR-15 replacement designed around a .125 bolt face for rifles chambered in 6.8 SPC, .224 Valkyrie, or .400 Legend. Designed to MIL-SPEC specifications, Faxon pairs high-strength materials with enhanced inspection and a durable surface treatment. Each bolt is machined from 9310 tool steel, fully heat-treated, shot-peened, and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI) to help ensure material integrity. The bolt receives a salt-bath nitride finish to increase surface hardness, enhance corrosion resistance, and provide superior performance compared to typical phosphate finishes. It features an installed "Crane" O-ring. Bolt lugs are chamfered to support smooth feeding and reliable function even under demanding loads and fast actions. The extractor is manufactured from S7 tool steel, fully heat-treated, and shot-peened per MIL-SPEC to ensure consistent extraction.
