Description: Sig Sauer 5.56mm Flash Hider, 3 Prong. Made from steel with a black finish, this three prong flash hider is designed to fit Sig Sauer M400, SIG516 and MCX rifles chambered in 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington and will also fit most standard AR rifles. The flash hider is threaded 1/2" x 28 TPI. Made to the highest Sig Sauer standards in material and workmanship. I bought a Tread pistol and sig is a bunch of cheapos that included a dumb A2 flash hider on it rather this (which it should have been, like it was the tread rifle). I spent $1.2k on the pistol and then had to drop more $$$ to make it look right on the muzzle end and an SBA3 on the back end LOL. Overall I really like this flash hider. Buy it from here so Midwest can give me coupons for free shipping.

The product came quickly in the mail after I ordered it. I was able to attach the flash hider on my Sig M400 without much effort. Have not had an opportunity to shoot with it however.

if you're looking for a 3-prong flash hider that doesn't break the bank these are good. you need a 5/8 wrench to install. only downside is it rings like a tuning forkwhen you shoot
