Description: TangoDown Vickers Tactical Standard Frame Slide Racker for Glock Gen5. Made from strong injection molded polymers, the slide cover plate is available in either black or brown colors and is the perfect upgrade to your Gen5 Glock sidearm. Add a more positive grip when racking the slide with this TangoDown slide cover component featuring its winged shaped design. Designed for comfort and usability, this will easily install on Gen5 Glock 17, 19, 26, & 34 models of pistols chambered in 9mm. Proudly made in the USA, each TangoDown product is constructed to the highest of standards to offer a long service life for your firearm.

The cover plate is a top quality drop-in part, requiring no other modifications to the firearm. Injection molded of glass-reinforced nylon with stainless steel reinforcement just like the OEM part, it will NOT damage your firing pin spacer sleeve like many aftermarket aluminum retention plates. Once in place, the slide cover offers easy, effortless and positive slide cycling under any condition.

This slide cover is a top quality drop-in part that solves the issue cold. Injection molded of glass-reinforced nylon with stainless steel reinforcement just like the OEM part, it replaces the striker retention plate in minutes with no other modification to the sidearm. I recently got a new G26 Gen 5, and it's the tightest Glock I've ever had. Apparently it's sprung tighter than previous models, because it's actually somewhat difficult to rack. I haven't seen the need for it on my other Glocks, until this one. This part isn't an absolute must-have for me to rack the slide, but it does help in this case. Plus, it looks kind of cool in FDE with a matching beavertail on an all-black gun!

Wife has hard time charging her Glock 44 just can’t seem to get a good grip. Trying this to see if it helps her. She seems to charge it better but it could be just a tad bit larger.
