Description: Hogue Mossberg 500 7-3/4" Action Slide Tube Assembly with Nut, 12 Gauge. Measuring the correct length for a Hogue forend installation, this action slide from Hogue is made from gloss blued steel and is designed to fit on Mossberg 500 & 590 12 gauge shotgun models. The action tube assembly is 7-3/4" in length and is needed to install a Hogue forearm to the shotgun if the existing action bar has an incorporated forend or if the action bar has a length of less than 7-5/8". As good as factory!

This is as good if not better that the factory action tube (finish is better on this one). It is made the same way and to the exact same specs as the current 590 action tube - so any Mossy forend will fit it (not just Hogue brand). I bought this so that I could have a Magpul forend on my Maverick 88 - it works great!!!
