Description: Lancer Systems Sig 516 Carbon Fiber Handguard, Extended Length w/ Top Rail. This hand guard was developed as a lightweight replacement for the Sig Sauer SIG516 OEM handguard, and weighs just 10.40 oz. The octagonal tube is made of a carbon fiber layup and resin combination that resists heat, and the cooling slots help manage barrrel temperature. The cooling slots are also M-LOK compatible, allowing for the attachment of accessories. This free float handguard also features an aluminum picatinny rail at the 12 o'clock position. This extended handguard has a cut-out exposing the gas block top rail and access to gas adjustment. The Picatinny rail does not extend beyond the gas block.

EXACTLY what I was looking for to improve an already great rifle. The handguard was easy to install, looks great, and functions perfectly. It looks like a whole new rifle. I wish I found MGW earlier! They were great to work with, fair prices and great customer service. I'll be coming back to MGW for more!!!
