Powder River Precision Springfield XD Mod.2 Drop-In Aluminum Trigger Kit, 4" & 5" Models

Description: Powder River Precision Springfield XD Mod.2 Drop-In Aluminum Trigger Kit, 4" & 5" Models. This drop-In aluminum trigger upgrade kit is for the Springfield XD MOD.2 4" & 5" model pistols chambered in 9mm,.45 ACP, and .40 S&W. Please note, this kit is not compatible with the New XD Mod.2 Sub Compacts, First Gen XD Models, XDM, or XDS & XDS Mod .2. Included in this kit is an OEM PRP trigger, PRP striker safety lever, PRP reduced power striker spring, PRP competition striker spring, PRP striker safety spring, PRP sear spring, PRP trigger spring and PRP competition trigger spring. This PRP kit includes alternate competition components. Once installed, the components in this kit will aid in giving the firearm a short crisp trigger pull (about 3.5-4.5lbs).

This PRP Drop-In Kit contains our famous Striker Safety Lever and Trigger to remove the long trigger pre-travel on the XD MOD.2 trigger with two different Weight Trigger Springs and Striker Springs (the Competition Weight Springs (the lightest weight) are marked with blue ink). The other Reduced Weight Springs are the Sear Spring and the Striker Safety Spring which helps lower the pull weight.To help speed up reset, our trigger is made of tough lightweight polymer and now in aluminum. It also has an integral over travel stop on the back of the trigger. Using this method of over travel stop removes added stress on the trigger bar that is present with any of the other over travel stop method.
