P365 tungsten guide rod

BEWARE !! Rival arms guide rod in tungsten has a major manufacturing flaw . The guide rod is missing the small washer that prevents it from sliding right through the guide rod hole in the slide. It goes right through the hole , spring and all !!!!! I lost all trust in Rival arms .

The guide rod was missing the washer needed to keep it from pushing through the frame. MGW explained that it was a manufacturer's issue and I returned the item for a refund.

guide rod does not work on p365. The whole spring and rod go right through the guide rod hole. the photo on MGW shows a spacer or block mine did not come with that. If that is suppose to be there then Rival this is horrible quality control.. very much not recommended. When dealing with guns quality control is a must. I will never purchase another product from rival. This could have really damaged my P365 if I would have fired it and this happened.

I like this guide rod assembly. Doesn't give you a night/day difference but a few extra ounces toward the muzzle can't hurt. So far it has operated as expected. However, one end of the rod started backing out so I had to loctite the threads and torque it back down. I've got 100 rounds on it since, still good. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.
