Designed with both hunters and precision shooters in mind, this Mountain Tactical Rad Fat Man Brake is an essential upgrade for 6.5mm rifles such as the Tikka Tac-A1, Tikka T3x Roughtech, Tikka CTR, and gas guns such as the AR-15 and AR-10. This brake is compatible with barrels 1" or smaller. The Mountain Tactical Rad Fat Man Brake is simple to install, reduces muzzle rise and recoil, increases accuracy, has no bottom ports for prone shooting, is low profile and offers a simple design while encompassing loads of features to boost the rifles performance. The brake has a 5/8" x 24 TPI, and is constructed from steel and will keep your rifle in top operating and reliable condition with this Mountain Tactical Rad Brake.

This brake is just rad on so many levels! Installation is simple. The only tool necessary is a 1-1/8" wrench. The linear gas flow reduces blowback and sound to the shooter. Encompassing both top, side, and 45-degree porting keeps the muzzle down and your sight picture on target. Gasses are ported away from the ground so shooters in the prone position will not kick up debris with each shot. Recoil reduction is significant. Magnum cartridges are incredibly easy to shoot. Since your sight picture is not lost from recoil, follow-up shots are quick and precise.
