Manufactured from 6061 aluminum with a hard anodized black finish, this optics mounting plate is designed for the Springfield Echelon model pistol. This plate provides an RMR mounting footprint for the mounting of Holosun 407C, Trijicon RMR, and similar red dot optics. The most modular, rugged, durable, reliable, and widely used aftermarket optics adapter plate.

It fits great and mounts solid. I could have mounted my optic without it but it would have had a gap in the front and back and would have looked bad in my opinion. With it installed everything looks nice and uniform.
