Produced from solid 6061 aluminum billet, this Nighthawk Custom drop-in 1911 .45 ACP, .38 Super, 9mm, 10mm, and .40 S&W chambered beavertail grip safety is perfect as a lightweight and reliable replacement piece to your standard grip safety. This custom piece is designed to allow the operator a higher grip on the pistol and maintaining the hand closer to the bore axis for reduced muzzle flip. A .250" radius allows for proper fit on most applicable 1911 models.

A hammer spur pocket allows the spur of a fully cocked hammer to sit subflush with the top of the safety. A memory pad at the bottom of the grip safety helps ensure repeatable drawing from a holster and consistent grip on the pistol. A .250" radius allows for proper fit on most 1911 models.
