Description: Strike Industries Extended Magazine Plate for Glock 43X, Black. Crafted from durable black polymer, this Strike Industries extended magazine plate is manufactured to be equipped to the Glock 43X magazines. This mag plate provides smoother magazine reloading through its low drag and no snag design. This plate also allows for 2 additional rounds, allowing for a 10 round mag to be loaded and increased to 12 rounds.

For the price it works. The magazine plate insert should have been screwed down instead of clipping in (does not clip in tight, tends to pop off)
