Description: Sure Cycle Magazine Upgrade System For Stoeger M3000, M3500, P3000 & P3500 Shotguns. The Sure Cycle Magazine Upgrade System includes an aluminum follower and 3-shot plug that has been coated with a red anodized finish that limits the friction of these components inside the magazine tube, providing smoother and more reliable feeding and a stainless steel magazine spring replacement that will provide long corrosion free use.

Note: Fits the 3" and 3-1/2" models, however for use in 3-1/2" Shotguns (M3500, P3500) the new plug will need to be shortened. Simply snap off the small excess you see in front of the pre machined groove. This can be done by either holding the small section firmly in a vice and snapping in off with one motion. Or using a metal saw (hacksaw) to saw through the grooved area.

I have not been able to shoot using this magazine upgrade yet. However, I have cycled a few rounds through the gun and it seems to have fixed my loading / jamming issues. Alternately, the installation instructions differ from Factory instructions. Only slightly. I have contacted MGW about these instructions with no reply.

Overall, the parts are machined very well and fit properly. However, there is one annoyance with the overall kit. The aluminum plug/limiter will rattle inside the magazine when you handle the gun. It will slide back and forth and tap into the magazine cap (metal on metal). You don't notice this with the factory plastic limiter. However, it becomes obvious if you are shooting single rounds (like trap shooting) or only have two rounds in the gun. I hope this helps.

We have been using Sure Cycle upgrades in a variety of shotguns, gas and inertia, for years. They have always resulted in improved operation or at least replaced the cheap factory parts that will likely not last the life of the gun.
