This forend features Beretta's Xtra Wood finish and factory checkering. This is great for replacing a broken forearm, or for changing to a forend with the Wood X-Tra finish. X-Tra Wood is a wood enhancement finish by Beretta that reproduces the rich grain pattern found on the highest quality premium grade walnut. The wood core maintains the feel of wood, while the film and sealant help to waterproof the stock. The film is protected by a scratch-resistant semi-gloss laquer, while the straight grained wood core helps to provide strength. This is a factory new Beretta forearm, however due to long term storage and transportation, some forearms may have a slight blemish or impression.
