Description: Volquartsen Remington 870 / 1100 Exact Edge Extractor. Made using an EDM manufacturing process to produce exacting tolerances, this Exact Edge extractor features a precise hook point and will not lose its edge under impact like stamped steel extractors. The extractor is designed to fit Remington model 870 and 1100 12 and 20 gauge shotguns. Constructed from A2 tool steel, the extractor is hardened to a Rc 58-60 so that it will maintain its edge over a long period of use. Upgrade your Remington 870 or 1100 with this direct replacement part from Volquartsen.

Volquartsen is able to hold the tolerances to +/-.0001" by utilizing the EDM manufacturing process.

  • This part is not a drop in part, and as such must be fit by a qualified gunsmith.
