Description: Smith & Wesson J/K/L/N/X-Frame Side Plate Screw, Stainless. Constructed from quality stainless steel, this OEM factory original side plate screw is manufactured for the Smith & Wesson revolver line including the J, K, L, X, and N frame models chambered in various calibers such as .41 Rem Mag, .44 Special, .45 Colt, .357 Mag and more. This screw functions by retaining the side plate to the frame of the revolver while accommodating the stainless finish of the frame.

This appears to be a factory replacement that matches the high quality and finish of the original screws. I bought it to keep as a spare for my S&W 625 JM revolver. Two of these screws on the side plate are the same size/dimension.
