Got my replacement detent spring for the m&p bodyguard .380 pistol. So the safety can function again after 8 years original broke. Called smith and wesson said they shipped a free one. Guess what package arrived torn envelope and marked empty contents. Could thing I ordered from Midwest. Guess I won't be buying another s&w pistol. Just buy a Glock or another pistol from different manufacturer.

The safety on my son's bodyguard 380 suddenly became sloppy and unreliable. He put it away in his safe, knowing the dangers of carrying/using a worn or broken tool. He finally brought it to me, and I disassembled it, finding a broken detent spring. Midwest shipped a couple out to me at a very reasonable price and they arrived quickly. I reassembled the bodyguard with the new detent, and the safety works as good as when the gun was new

My oem spring broke on me, rather than send it back to S&W, MGW had me covered which this factory replacement spring for less buck$ than most have fingers. Shipping was quick given the circumstances (covid-19) which has most everyone delayed these days..... Would order from MGW in confidence again
