The grip is nice but I installed this grip multiple times. I am sure it is installed correctly. I can grab the grip at the top (near hammer) and move it quite a bit back and forth without using much effort. With recoil I bet the grip could move. Uninstalled this grip and put my original one back on.

I find that these grips are just right for me. Enough grip without catching clothes and cover garments too badly, small enough to maintain good concealment, and not too difficult to shoot. A nice choice for a pocket carry J-Frame.

Perfect custom S&W fit on the revolver. Very comfortable and balanced. I do have one question however. Does anyone know the exact size driver bit for the screw? I think it's a T10 torx, but not sure. Could be an allen head.
I want to try a new set a Crimson Trace laser grips, but I don't want to distort the original screw in the removal process.

I ordered this before actually receiving the bodyguard 38. Bodyguard 38 is not a round butt so this grip doesn't fit but as to the grip itself, I love it on my 43c and ordered it for the bodyguard because of the higher grip placement hoping to negate felt recoil on the 38spcl. Hope this helps others from making the same mistake.
