The deluxe textured wooden grips for my S & W 686 fit perfectly and are a real enhancement to the gun. The grip feel is now better than with the factory grips.

With my rubber grips mY Sahara speed loaders fly freely in my 686. Unfortunately, I get lodged up with these grips on my no dash. They block the angle of entry. This grip has a great feel to it.. (The wood of the grip sticks out too far to allow for a free entry of the speed loader). Other than that, they feel and shoot great. I don’t like the black rubber look on my s&w 686. This wood and texture felt right on the range. If you’re not going for speed...this is a fantastic handle for your s&w
