Description: FN FNS/509/510/545 Indicator Stop Pin. This indicator stop pin is designed for FN FNS, 509, 510, and 545 model pistols. The indicator stop pin retains the striker spring stop pin within the striker. Made to the same factory specifications, materials and standards as the parts currently in your FNS. Feel secure in knowing the part you order will be the same as the worn or missing part from your pistol.
Note: It is recommended that all FN America parts be installed by a qualified and trained gunsmith.

If you think you know everything, like I often do and own an FN 509, you may need to buy one of these. I had not idea the take down procedure involved guarding against the loss of this little pin, I just tore into cleaning. I am not completely sure the platform will not function without the pin, but after losing it I wanted to put it back. After all the designer felt it necessary to install the darn pin. MGW had the pin. They shipped in a way it could NOT be lost and it fit. Thanks for the extra effort in shipping and carrying the parts so easily lost..
