Description: Sure Cycle Browning Auto-5 Cycle Kit. This kit is the perfect solution for those original Auto-5 Shotguns made in both Belgium and Japan. The Sure Cycle Kit upgrades the common wear parts in the A-5 Action system. Replacing both the old wooden or plastic action spring plug that often either degrade or broke over time with high strength anodized alloy. The system also replaces the standard follower with an upgraded low drag stainless steel enhanced follower for a smooth action cycle time as well as adding corrosion resistant components.

The Sure Cycle kit was just what was needed to solve half of the problem, unreliable ejection/feed. Hey, it's a four digit X serial numbered 16 ga. that probably hasn't seen a gunsmith in it's entire life. The kit is well made and works perfectly.

Great product at a very good price ! Also quick shipping and no long wait for the kit to arrive. This brought back the performance of my A-5 due to use and age. These parts are commonly over looked when performance /operational issues arise with the A-5's but loss of tension and spring collapse can be the cause of cycling problems, This kit will help remedy this.
Very high quality parts in this kit. far better then the factory parts.

Installed it in my A5 magnum 20 and with one friction ring removed, had no issues cycling low brass ammo. Before, it would cycle sometimes and sometimes not eject before kit was installed. It is a well made, high quality kit and I feel the anodized aluminum is an upgrade to the plastic that comes from the factory. Not sure how the dissimilar metals react to water, but if you are like me and keep your guns clean and dry, this is a nice set up to install. They are great guns to begin with and might be personal preference but it gives me peace of mind knowing all the springs are fresh and ready for another 50 years of service.
