Pins Don't Fit

Bought two of these pins, just in case I needed a back-up, and they don't fit. They are loose and should fit more snuggly in the hole for them in my S&W 638 and the worst part is they only come out on one side of the frame, so with the grips installed, they still slip slightly, where they shouldn't slip at all. I'd send back but it worth it since I'd be charged a restocking fee.
